4. Investor Intelligence Service
When purchasing the Investor Intelligence service, the following personal and company data is collected and processed:

— Company information and pitch deck content
— Communication during the intake call
4.1 Payment Processing — Stripe
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Stripe collects billing information including name, company, address, and payment details. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data. More information: Stripe Privacy Policy.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
4.2 Data Storage — Supabase
Client data — including contact details, company information, and uploaded documents — is stored in a database hosted by Supabase Inc., with data residency in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
Data is stored exclusively for the purpose of service delivery and quality assurance. Retention period: 24 months after service delivery, unless deletion is requested earlier.

4.3 AI-Assisted Analysis — Anthropic
For the purpose of AI-assisted research and analysis, extracted text content from pitch decks and company information is transmitted to Anthropic, Inc. (USA) via API.
Anthropic does not use API-submitted data for model training and does not retain data beyond the processing of each individual request, in accordance with Anthropic’s API usage policies.
Raw files remain stored within the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt). Only extracted text content is transmitted to Anthropic for processing.
Data transfer to the USA is based on Anthropic’s adherence to applicable data protection standards. More information: Anthropic Privacy Policy.
