In the event of any discrepancy between the German and English versions, the German version shall prevail.

§ 1 – Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Björn Rieckhoff (freiberuflicher beratender Betriebswirt, Germany).

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

§ 2 – Services

Björn Rieckhoff provides a curated investor research report (“Investor Intelligence”) based on information provided by the client via pitch deck and intake call.

The report represents an informed advisory position. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of fundraising success. No introduction to investors is included or implied.

Delivery within 48 hours of the intake call, subject to complete information being provided by the client.

§ 3 – Payment

Payment is due in full prior to delivery of the service. Payment is processed via Stripe. Prices are stated excluding VAT at the statutory rate where applicable.

§ 4 – Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations are accepted before the intake call takes place. A full refund will be issued.

Once the intake call has taken place, the service is considered initiated. No refund will be issued after this point.

§ 5 – Client’s Duty to Cooperate

The client shall ensure that all documents and information required – including pitch deck, company description, and funding details – are provided in a timely manner prior to the intake call.

Björn Rieckhoff shall not be liable for delays or reduced quality of output resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

§ 6 – Confidentiality

All information provided by the client – including pitch decks, business plans, and company data – will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

§ 7 – Data Processing and Storage

Client data – including pitch decks, company information, and contact details – may be stored securely in a database hosted by Supabase Inc., with data residency in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).

For the purpose of AI-assisted analysis, document content (extracted text from pitch decks and company information) is transmitted to Anthropic, Inc. (USA) via API for processing. Anthropic does not use API-submitted data for model training and does not retain data beyond the processing of each individual request, in accordance with Anthropic’s API usage policies.

Raw files remain stored within the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt). Extracted content transmitted to Anthropic’s API is not stored permanently outside the EU.

Data is stored exclusively for the purpose of service delivery and quality assurance. It will not be shared with third parties beyond the processors named above.

Clients may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting .

Processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR. Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.

§ 8 – Intellectual Property

The Investor Intelligence report is provided for the exclusive use of the purchasing entity. It may not be resold, redistributed, or published without prior written consent from Björn Rieckhoff.

§ 9 – Liability

Björn Rieckhoff provides research and advisory services based on publicly available information and professional judgment. He shall be liable for proven, culpable breaches of contractual obligations.

No liability is accepted for:

— investment decisions made on the basis of the report
— the accuracy of third-party data sources used in its preparation
— the absence of financing success

Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

§ 10 – Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction: Waren (Müritz).

§ 11 – Final Provisions

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
